Gomez is everything that is right and decent in the world, on and off the field. Came into the store one day looking to play, had a brief tryout on a football field, and ended up being a big contributor to the team, as both a player and as a mentor to some of the younger players. All around great guy with a good head on his shoulders. You can see he's a product of his upbringing as his family is often at games rooting him and the team on. Another guy on the team that I can't say too many good things about. Will play an even larger role in 2018.
2019-Even better than we could have imagined in 2018. Stepped up and became, arguably, the best second baseman in the league. Very quiet, but great seaon at the plate.
