It is really, really, really hard for younger guys to compete in Class A Townball. A lot of it is due to the physical maturation, but even more of it is due to the mental maturation. In 2017, Evan competed. The hope is that with an extra year, Evan will excel. We see it all the time, and if Evan puts the work in, he can be a very important part of the rotation.
